Nourish comes with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you determine early on that the program is not the right fit for you and your pet, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase according to the following:

Eligible for refund:

• Refund request submitted within 14 days of purchase
• No coaching calls have been used, booked, scheduled, or redeemed
• No more than 50% of the course has been completed

NOT eligible for refund:

• One or more coaching calls have been used, booked, scheduled, or redeemed
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• More than 50% of course content has been completed
• The purchase was made for a pet whose needs fall outside the intended scope of the program, as outlined on the sales page and FAQs

Nourish is intended for healthy adult pets and is not designed to replace individualized medical nutrition support for pets with complex health conditions requiring therapeutic diets or direct clinical oversight.
